Adjusted display of 'Opens and Team Event' list so that events are added back into the list at the end ready for next year ( but without dates and prices) as they are played. So visitors still see a full list of events - rather than seeing them dwindle to nothing!

Added a complete 'Matchplay Competitions' suite showing the draws and the results as they go up on the board. Covers all of the men's, senior's, juniors and mixed matchplays. Includes admin system to service all of these pages.

Added a full suite to handle mixed events - showing the draw as soon as it is made, followed by the results after the event (displayed for the following 2 weeks) then going on to show when the next event is due
